Check this blog out every month to see if your child’s development is where it should be. If you have any questions about your child development please contact us and we will provide you and your family with the answers you need.

TWO MONTHS: At two months, a child’s movements should be much more fluid then last months. A child begins to develop cues that tell parents what they are interested or uninterested in. The ability to smile develops between the second and third months, so get ready for some heartwarming smiles this next month!

TWO YEARS: Two-year-olds enjoy using their senses and motor skills to explore the world and are highly curious about unfamiliar objects, events and phenomena. They can solve simple problems with the “trial and error” method and will practice an activity many times to master it. Children this age also pretend more during play, using familiar objects and situations to process their daily experiences.

In March we will go over where your child should be at ages three months and three years old. Make sure that you check your child’s development every month!
